Uncle Jimbo was my right hand man... uncle jimbo was my confidant on Kostner, my interpreter of knowledge outside St. Ed's and the only guy who "had a Guy" to take care of anything! My God mother Aunt Jean and him used to fire one liners at each other and smirk, wink and laugh... Yes, i can hear em now... "Can you believe those guys spending all that cash on flowers, no wonder Bill and Lee were rich"! Gonna miss you and the hide out at Ted's

Jimmy was always trying to please. I can remember him mowing the lawn and painting the garage at Murph's house.

To the Mahon and Murray Families,
Jim was a very loyal friend to many people including my family and I. He was a dedicated and very resourceful Chicago Police Detective. When he was on a surveillance with his undercover squad car he would drive like a racer "moving up the line at the Indy 500". He was a tremdous story teller who could capture the moment of a tale with his unique choice of words. People liked to be around Jim because he knew how to have fun!
Jim is now with is beloved Jean and all the Mahon's and Murray's.
Can't you hear the laughter?
Respectfully,
Barney Flanagan

So sad about Jim's passing. He was funny, never new if he was kidding or telling the truth! Such a loving, giving man. But now he's with Jean and bet he's "on top of the world".
