Dear Pat,

Dear Pat and Amy, I am a friend of Jim's from ISO's Home Office in Jersey City. I was introduced to Jim by Joanne Geibel. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting him, Jim always treated me like an old friend. I would speak to Jim from time to time to find out if there were any prodcution problems from the prior business day in the WRPC, Chicago.
