My dear Jimmy, It has been a year since you unexpectely left us and the pain does not get any better. I miss you more and more every day. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you. I love you so much. I hope you are happy.

Jimmy,
It has been almost a year since we lost you already. They say that the pain gets better as time goes on but that is not true. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. It feels like there is a hole in our family that can never be filled. I hope that heaven is as beautiful as they say it is and that your are not lonely up there. Hopefully you are making somebody laugh with that great sense of humor. I love you and miss you more than I thought possible.

i love you

Jim,
I cant believe its six months without you. Through good or bad I never thought I would live a minute of my life without you. The pain never seems to get any better. I miss you more that words could ever express. I loved you and needed you more than anything in this world. I try to make it through as best I can but....I love you so much and miss you. Terri

Dear Terri and family,
Our family will keep you in our prayers as you begin to heal. It is easy to see what kind of a person Jim was by the wonderful, polite, young men he has left to continue his legacy. In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To my wonderful Brother,
I miss you so much. I cannot believe that you are gone and how much it hurts that you are not here to make me laugh again. It is truly unfair. You truly knew how to make everyone around you laugh. I love you so much and miss you more as each day goes on.

Love you so much your sister Colleen.....

TO ALL OF OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS,
WORDS CAN NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO EXPRESSING HOW MUCH OUR FAMILY APPRECIATES ALL OF THE LOVE AND KINDNESS THAT HAS BEEN SHOWERED UPON US DURING OUR MOST DEVASTING LOSS. WE LOVE JIM MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD. MY BOYS HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL DADDY THAT ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. HE LOVES THEM WITH ALL OF HIS HEART. EVERYTHING THAT WE ARE WE OWE TO JIM. I JUST WANT IN SOME WAY TO LET ALL OF YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY SONS AND I. THE LOVE THAT WAS SHOWERED UPON US WILL ALWAYS GET US THROUGH THE ROUGHEST DAYS. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING. I LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU. PLEASE JUST REMEMBER THAT IN JUST AN INSTANT YOU CAN LOSE SOMEONE AND ALWAYS BE LOVING, AND KIND. SAY I LOVE YOU EACH AND EVERYTIME YOU ARE WITH EACH OTHER . JIM AND I ALWAYS DID EVEN ON THAT FATEFUL DAY. IT WAS THE LAST WORDS I EVER SPOKE TO HIM. ONCE AGAIN KNOW THAT WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE ALL OF THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN OUR LIVES WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR US, SAID A PRAYER, OR JUST THOUGHT OF US. LOVE, TERRI, JASON, JUSTIN, JONATHAN, AND DYLAN.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Terri & The Giblin families,

Although I haven't seen Jim in years. I couldn't believe the news of his passing. I'm so sorry for your loss. God is alway's taking the good ones. Not fair! Jim was a great friend for many years to my brothers and many other dudes growing up on 78th Street and attending Dawes School. I remember as a young girl this tall kid hanging around smiling, happy and polite to everyone around him. He was really cool. He will be greatly missed. Remember to be strong Terri for those wonderful boys. His legacy can live on through the boys that will grow up to be fine men. I'm sure Jim will be watching over all of you, and would want you to celebrate his life.

I don't know what my family will do without you, I love you so much. Your in my heart and prayers forever. I LOVE YOU!!
