One of the fairest and honest person I have ever met

I knew Jimmy as a young guy through my father, Jerry Jaffe, who was a dealer in Kankakee who regularly bought cars at Arena for many years. I admired him a great deal. He was a no nonsense hard-working man and never acted as though he was as successful as he was. When I later became a lawyer he retained me to represent him in developing Village Square Square Shopping Center in Bradley, Illinois. It was an interesting experience to know him as an adult. No matter how much or little paperwork was involved throughout the project he'd stop at the office on his way to Chicago from Rantoul and sign whatever needed to be signed, without reading anything. He'd say That's what I have you for.
It was flattering but a bit unnerving. The Franks family can be very proud of him
