Curtin, James B. WWII Navy Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Catherine (nee Hayes), loving father of Catherine (Randall) Avers, Daniel, John (Josie) and James Curtin and Patricia Vargas, beloved son of the late Dora (nee O'Connor) and the late Daniel Curtin, cherished grandfather of Elise, Kevin, Jared, Megan, Daniel, Katie, and John, dear brother of Noreen (the late George) Storer, the late Daniel (Helen), the late Peggy and the late Michael (Margaret) Curtin, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Services Saturday, 10:30 a.m, at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Member of American Legion Post #0679 and Iron Worker of American Union Local #1. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Heart Association. Visitation Friday, 3 to 9 p.m. 708-456-8300 or www.cumberlandchapels.com
