Dear Jim,
From the time you met our family in 1969, I knew you were the one for Peggy. You fit right in and were committed to not only your family, but your extended family as well. We shared a lot of fun over the years and I will miss your ability to tease everyone--you were always "big" when it came to family. Thank you for your love of the USA, and for your service to the people of Chicago. God bless you, Jim. Love from your sister-in-law, Jackie.

One of the good ones has left us too soon. Now he has been promoted to a higher position where he can again keep law and order and watch over his family.
