James Bailey Obituary
Honorable Judge James Michael Bailey of Westchester, age 87, passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2021. US Army Veteran. Graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep, Loyola University ('55) and Loyola University School of Law ('58). Judge Bailey began his career as a trial attorney, was an Assistant US Attorney Northern IL Division from '61-'64 and was the youngest assignee to the Cook County Circuit Court in 1966 serving for 28 years, retiring in 1994. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Wednesday 9:30 am from the funeral home to Divine Providence Church for 10:00 am funeral mass. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. For funeral info 708-F-U-N-E-R-AL.
