United States District Court Judge, former Chicago Police Officer, beloved husband of Kathryn (Gibbons), loving father of Brian (Sarah Langford) and Daniel, devoted brother of Carol. Visitation at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Monday, 9:15 a.m., to St. Paul of the Cross Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Fenwick High School Scholarship Fund, 505 Washington, Oak Park, IL, 60302. Member of Steward Club, Justinian Society of Lawyers (Man of the Year 1988), a Vice-President, Hundred Club of Cook County; Board Member, Irish Fellowship Club, member of Fenwick Hall of Fame; Fenwick Life Trustee; recipient of Fenwick Accipter Award for Meritorious Service to the legal profession.
