Simon, Jack 98, beloved husband of Sara (nee Lurie) for over 64 years, loving father of Miriam (Warren) Fish and Carol (David) Ginsburg, cherished grandfather of Rebecca (Bart) Goldman, Stephanie (Kent) Monteleone, Daniel (Sharon West) Ginsburg, and Brian (Theresa) Ginsburg, adored great-grandfather of Brett Goldman, Eric Goldman, and Sean Monteleone, fond brother of the late Hyman (Ethel) Simon, fond brother-in-law of the late Arnold Lurie and the late Bernard (Ruth) Lurie, special caregivers Tom Otworth and Stephen Carlson, dear uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Chapel service Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Morton Grove Hadassah, Northwest Suburban Jewish Congregation or Alzheimer Disease Association. For Info: 847-255-3520
