Silverman, Irving 97, beloved husband of the late Helen, cherished father of Sugie (Allen) Kovin and Howard (Sue) Silverman, dearest father-in-law of the late Joanne Silverman, proud and loving papa of Lori Fagenholz, Fred (Maureen) Fagenholz, Scott Silverman, Dr. Michelle (Gregg) Schwartz and great-grandfather of Charlie, Samantha and Zachary Fagenholz, fond brother of Al (Ida) Silverman, Honey (the late Marvin) Baer, Idelle (the late Maurice) Robinson, Lynn (Hal) Hirschenbein and the late Flash (the late Beatrice) Silverman. Chapel service Friday, 1:30 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, Beth Shearim Chapel, 1700 Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Entombment to follow. We will love and miss you forever.
Thank you for teaching us what family really means. You were the greatest Husband,Dad, Brother, Grandfather and friend to so many.
Our celebrations will never be the same without your words of wisdom.
