Mylak, Irene C. (nee Cislak), age 88, at rest September 17, 2010, dearest daughter of the late Frank and Anna Cislak, beloved wife of the late John Joseph Mylak, loving mother of Barbara J. Panek and Richard F. (Connie) Mylak, cherished grandmother of Brian (Megann) Panek and Lindsay (Alan) Truesdale, fond aunt of her niece and nephews, dear sister-in-law of Lorraine (late William) Wesevich, Irene is also survived by her devoted caregiver, Nancy Wilson. Irene was an avid sports fan. Visitation Wednesday, September 22, from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Adolf Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd., 2921 S. Harlem Ave., Berwyn. Funeral service Thursday, prayers 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home proceeding to St. Mary Catholic Church, 126 Herrick Rd., Riverside for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
