Samuels, Hope (nee Feldman), beloved wife of the late Robert E., a life long resident of Chicago, died peacefully in her home on March 24, at the age of 93, dear mother of Larry Samuels and Tom Samuels and their wives Marlene Bernstein Samuels and Vicki Woolner Samuels, loving grandmother of Sarah, Benjamin, David and Michael. She will also be missed by her close-knit extended family of nieces, nephews and cousins. Hope and her family traveled widley. She had a life long love of art, collected avidly with her husband and served as the first President of the Women's Board of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. She was a long time member of Northmoor Country Club, supported numerous charitable institutions in leadership roles and was active throught her life. She was loved by many. A Memorial service will be held on Monday, March 31, at 10 a.m., at the Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Pl., Chicago. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Museum of Contemporary Art, 220 E. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL, 60611. Info: Piser Funeral Services, 847-679-4740.
