Woldhuis, Henry Vet. WWII U.S. Navy, beloved husband of the late Evelyn (nee Boersma), loving father of Trudie (Jacob) Bruinius, Henry (Lynn) and Yvonne (Ronald) Stoub, dear grandfather of eight and great-grandfather of four, fond brother of Ruth Stoub, fond brother of Ruth (the late Roy) Westberg, the late Herman (the late Wanda) and brother-in-law of Marilyn (the late Louis) Kooinga, Yvonne (Peter) Deckinga and Joan (the late Robert) Tervin, fond uncle many nieces and nephews. Resting at Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie, where services will be held Monday, 11 a.m. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. 773-779-4411.

Remembering Uncle Hank

Uncle Hank attended Jake and Ann's 50th wedding anniversary. Our daughter was 6 months old. She was very fussy and crying. Uncle Hank held her and whispered something in her ear. She was immediately comforted by him. She was able to feel what we already know. Uncle Hank was a very kind and loving man. I also looked forward to the Christmas season. Uncle Hank's Christmas card was always our first one received. Tom and I always smiled and knew the season was beginning when our first card arrived from Uncle Hank. Affectionately, Tom Meeter Family
