Helen Burns Obituary

BURNS Helen E. (nee Ecenia), age 91 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on July 21, 2009. Born in NY, NY she lived in Paterson then West Paterson, before moving to back to Paterson. She was a Circuit Board Technician for both Curtiss-Wright, Paterson for five years then Mosler Safe Co., Wayne before retiring in 1977. Helen was a parishioner of St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson and a member of its' Rosary Altar Society and also a member of the Blessed Sacrament Senior Citizens Club. Beloved wife of the late James Walter Burns. Loving Mother of Shawn Burns and his wife Rose of Wayne and Kevin Burns and his wife Mabel of Tampa. Grandmother of Dylan, Marissa, Kyle, Jason, and Maren. Aunt of Arlene Willis, JoAnn Walter, Mona Van Yur and Jocelyn Gregg. Survivors include her neighbors, The Hawks, The Kearns, and The Mc Sherry's and numerous adoring nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson at 10 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations In Memory of Helen E. Burns to St. Mary's R.C.
