It is with Heartfelt Sympathy that I express my sorrow for the untimely death of your companion, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and my friend Hazel T. Smith.

I pray that God will give you comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult time of Brevavement. Hazel was a very Sweet, Loving, and Caring person, when I became employed for the State of Illinois Human Services Department; she was the person who trained me to learn my job. After, that we became friends and often times she would take care of my hair needs. I will miss her dearly.

I will never forget Hazel she was one of a Kind!

Be assured that, I will be praying for the family. God Bless each of you!
