Miller, Hazel (nee Smith), beloved wife of the late James V., loving mother of the late Dr. Richard J. (Thelma nee Armstrong) and the late Dr. Clifford H. (Ann nee Cannon), cherished grandmother of Scott, James and Celia, devoted daughter of the late Richard and Rose (nee Geis) Smith. Funeral Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Interment Montrose Cemetery. I was stunned to hear of Hazel's passing. She was truly a special lady who made a loving impression on all of us at Covenant Home. Her feistiness made her that much dearer to those who knew her. She remains in our thoughts and prayers always.
