Hazel Driver Obituary

It´s 911 again, not the date for the disaster in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania, but the date my cherished aunt traded earth for eternity. Her memory remains a forever blessing. It seems like yesterday. She was the sweetest ever.

Today, February 19th, is my dear Aunt Hazel´s birthday. I always searched for the perfect card for her and she was always profoundly appreciative. She was an angel here on earth. I never knew I could miss someone so much, but I miss my beautiful Aunt Hazel. Paradise is definitely sweeter because of her. Her memory remains a forever blessing.

As I water the flowers on my back porch on another 9/11, I remember my beloved Aunt Hazel today. She loved all flowers and working in her beautiful flower garden. Then we would take off for a ride. She was always the driver. Carrying her purse under her arm, we hit the road. My cherished memories and forever love for my dearly beloved Aunt Hazel live on for all eternity. I miss her more and more every day. We will see each other again. Love never dies.

Today, like everyday, I remember and cherish the sweet, sweet memory of my deeply loved Aunt Hazel. She and I would have had a great summer of 2023 visiting the Farmer's Daughter Fruit and Vegetable stand. We both loved fresh tomatoes and seeded watermelon, such simple things for an aunt and niece in love.

I will always remember and cherish the memories of my beautiful Aunt Hazel. She was so special, so giving, so thoughtful, so caring. She was just the sweetest angel on earth. I will never ever stop missing and loving her.

I just found out that Smokey Robinson shares me sweet Aunt Hazels birthday. He turned 80 this year, so it was my Aunt Hazels birthday first! She and I would laugh, drive, and eat together. Another heavenly birthday ~ another heavenly remembrance of my beloved Aunt.

Remembering my beloved Aunt Hazel on her birthday; cherishing the abundant love that we shared. Such a sweet, sweet angel celebrating her heavenly birthday today, but she remains forever in my heart.

Today is my sweet Aunt Hazel's birthday! She is celebrating with the angels, but she remains forever in my heart. Our love for each other remains eternal.

My Dear Aunt Hazel lives in the hearts and memories of those of us left behind. She gave unselfishly in such a generous fashion. I will always cherish the blessings of having such a wonderful and endearing aunt to love.

Another Christmas in heaven for my Aunt Hazel - a true angel. I know that she is thrilled to be with her mother, father, sisters, and brothers. I still cherish the very special memories of our joyous times together. (I was the passenger and she was the driver.)

Today marks the anniversary of the heavenly transition of my dear, sweet Aunt Hazel. It still seems like yesterday.

I remember and deeply miss my dear Aunt Hazel. We shared so many wonderful memories and now I hold her memory of us forever. Our love remains.

September 11, 2005 has come and gone, yet I still remember that day in 2003 and STILL miss the joys of being able to see and to call and to talk with my beloved Aunt. I know she is enjoying the peace and comforts of Heaven.

Time passes quickly; grief does not. Forever missing my wonderful Aunt Hazel. We would have been at the Farmer's Daughter this past weekend, talking and laughing. She would have been driving and I would have been riding, but it was not meant to be. Oh, how I long for those fun filled, loving times together. Forever cherishing the everlasting memories,

Sam, Kathi, Robbie, Herbie, Johnnie, Freddie, and Norma Jean: I miss Hazel so much. One evening I just sat and thought about my talks with her and my laughs with her. Hazel encouraged me a lot. I am not mainly talking about growing up but I am talking about just a few months ago while talking with her. It seemed as though after talking with Hazel, I felt stronger. I am going to miss her for the rest of my days but I pray that the Lord will let me keep memories. Hazel is missed but she is still with the best family that she can be with--The Lord, Jesus Christ, and her sisters and brothers. I believe she is happy and at peace. I pray that you all will stay strong and be blessed. I love you all.

Ma, You taught me so many things in life.But whats' most important you showed me how to be strong in the weakest moments in life. How not to give up. Take the good with the bad and now you can rest. Forever in my life, Your son, Robbie.

Many thanks to everyone who offered their love and expressions to my Mom and to us during her illness and recent passing. I can't believe that Ma has left us, but I know that God loves her and is taking care of her. She loved her brothers and sisters so much and I believe that they were all waiting for her along with her mother and father whom she adored as well. I miss her and I don't know how to get through the day without a phone call from her, but there is comfort in knowing that she is in the loving care of our Father in Heaven. Thanks to everyone again to everyone for loving my mother and for loving us.
