Harve Ferrill Obituary

I have just discovered, via Google, that my old friend has passed away. We go back to Chicago,s
southside (Southshore) as teenagers in the late 40's. Later in the early 50's I joined the Marine Corps
and Harve went into the Army about the same time. My brother Ronny was also a close friend
of Harve's. Even as we went separate ways - we remained in contact, and I even worked for
a company he owned - Regent Jack in Downey, CA in the 70's. My wife, Jody, and I enjoyed seeing Harve
in AZ for the past several years - last in 2017. Lots and Lots of good memories.
Our sincerest prayers and blessings go out to Karla, Faire, and daughters.
Harve will definitely be missed.

Dear family of Harve, I was so sad to hear of his passing. I feel so lucky to have known Harve for the Years I did. He was such a kind hearted and fun loving man, I will Truly miss him. Rest in Peace my Friend.

My life is forever blessed for having known Harve. He taught me to always keep my sense of humor. Harve generously shared his great wisdom through his wonderful stories. Rest with the angels, my dear friend.

Shannan, Meghan, Mike, Kelley and Jeff and Patrick, we love you all so very much and grieve the loss of your father with you. He clearly loved you with all of his heart and soul. I fondly remember Harve being a great story teller sharing his humor and interesting perspective on many topics. Having known your Dad as a part of our life long relationship was my privilege.

I was blessed to call Harve a friend during his long and wonderful life. He was kind to and loved by his multitude of friends. He enjoyed a great life and leaves behind wonderful memories. Rest in peace, my friend.

Harve was indeed an inspiration to all he met. He loved his children, grand and great grandchildren as they loved him in return. The first memory that comes to mind is of Harve taking his daughters when they were young to buy them a holiday dress and then lunch at Marshal Fields. Harve will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. I credit Harve with showing me the power of a big hug. May the sun always shine on you Harve as your spirit and everlasting love continue to be in your family's life.

Harve was a wonderful man so sorry that we didn't have our Shaws lunch this year. I will miss our times together.
