Judd, Harry Lee retired business executive and civic leader, passed away August 22, 2007, in Northbrook, IL. A retired Corporate Vice-President of United States Gypsum Co., his activities included: Director of the Chicago Crime Commission, Director of the Illinois Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, Chicago Director of the Episopal Church Foundation, member of the Glenview School Board, Warden at St. David Episcopal Church, Glenview; Vestryman at Church of St. James the Less, Northfield. Graduated from Brown University and attended Harvard and Northwestern Universities. Member of the University Club of Chicago, Sunset Ridge Country Club, Northfield, IL and Moorings Country Club, Naples, FL. He is survived by his two sons, H. Lee (Ann) and Richard F. (Peggy) and a daughter, Natalie Jean (Terry) O'Malley; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 29th, 2 p.m., at St. James the Less Episcopal Church, 550 Sunset Ridge Rd., Northfield, IL 60093. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Episcopal Charities and Community Services, 65 E. Huron, Chicago, IL 60611. Arrangements were handled by: Wm. H. Scott Funeral Home, 847-251-8200.
