I want to send my deepest sympathy and regards to Harold's Family. It has taken me a long time to get myself to put something in writing because I just did not want to accept Harold's passing. I have never worked for someone who had been such a caring person. Harold was always concerned about my daughter and myself...he would always ask about Jenn and was so happy for us when something good came our way for her future. Whether it be her graduating college or her deciding to move to Arizona to start her life in teaching young adults. He was always concerned about us. Harold always had a kind word to say about everyone who came into his life. It was a pleasure working for Harold for 20 years....Harold was like family to me. I will miss him so much and he will never be forgotten. May God watch over Harriet and their family. With Warm Regards, Secretary and Friend to Harold, Gloria Duncan

Harold was a wonderful person with such a vast love of books, art, and life itself. I enjoyed working with him at Schwartz & Freeman/Michael Best…and I especially enjoyed hearing that great laugh of his! He will be missed very much.

My condolences to the Burnstein Family. I have had the pleasure to work with Harold at Scwartz & Freeman when I was 18 years old, and had never experienced a more kinder and wonderful man. He will be missed.
