Guy Scarpelli Obituary

Scarpelli, Guy J. age 80, passed away at 6:32 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2002, after being surrounded by his loved ones throughout the night. He was a loving father of Guy John (Diane) and Michael Sam, proud and devoted grandfather of Joseph (Wendy), Nicole and Johnny, dear brother of Frances Marszalek, nieces, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Petrone Scarpelli and his sister, Emily Truax. In life he enjoyed spending time with his family, spoiling his grandchildren and their friends, watching the Cubs games and listening to the weather. He served in WWII and worked as a mechanic for Star Pontiac, the State of Illinois and Badger Foods. The Scarpelli family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to Dr. Susan Brown (his Angel) and Dr. Thomas Malvar at St. Joseph Hospital and their staff for the warm care they provided.
