Anne,
My deepest sympathy to you & your brother on the loss of your mother.
Unfortunately, I did not know Grace before her days at Norwood Park Home. The devotion you & your brother have shown her attests to what a loving, caring individual she was and she taught you well.
May happy memories of her bring you comfort.

Anne, Your mother truly was a giving, loving, very special individual who had an impact on everyone with whom she interacted. She was a great mentor for me and a shining example of a person who always had positive attitude in all aspects of her life. She will always be remembered by me and others who were lucky enough to know her. My deepest sympathy to you and your brother and all of the family. Sue McKenna

My sincere sympathies to Anne and her family on the loss of her mother. Grace Lunde was truly a special person. I enjoyed talking to her and so did everyone else. She was a wealth of information whether it was politics, education, community resources or raising a family. I would often ask her for advice concerning my learning disabled son. Grace encouraged people to be the best that they could be. I took her advice and went back to school for my Master's Degree. I still have the letter of recommendation that Grace wrote for me to be accepted into the program. It was such a nice letter. After I was accepted, I pushed myself to succeed. I didn't want to let Grace down. What a honor to have known her.
