Markoutsas, Gertrude (nee Bliss), age 89, loving mother of Helen (Dr. Peter) Economou and Mary (Nick) Marino, proud grandmother of Nicholas and Christina Marino, dear sister of Anita (the late George) Manusos, James (Mary) and Nicholas (Kay) Bliss, loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Cooney Funeral Home, 625 Busse Hwy., Park Ridge, on Wednesday, from 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. Family and friends will meet Thursday, at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 893 Church St., Elmhurst, IL, 60126, for a 10:30 a.m., service. I have wonderful memories of "Aunt Girdles",so many I could fill this page.Like the time, she and Aunt Nita took us to the Cub game, and Rocky Dolark found us at Wrigley Field.May God Rest Her Soul. Love Cousin Elaine
