O'Sullivan, Geraldine B. (nee Poteracki), of Streamwood, beloved wife of Donald, loving mother of Michael (Anna), Steve (Anna Marie), Kevin (Angie) and Mark (Julie), proud grandmother of Shannon (Paul) Muehlnickel, Maureen, Stepheni, Ryan, Kelli, Joshua, Jonathan, Jessica, Jenna and Jeremiah O'Sullivan, Danny Grande and Jamie Kohnke, great-grandmother of Isaiah Wuich, dear sister of Richard Poteracki and Patricia Lizak. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Irene (nee Wozniewski) Poteracki. Visitation Wednesday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Thursday, 8:45 a.m., to St. John Evangelist Church. Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 100 W.
