Ross, George H. late of Burnham, IL, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, loving husband of Josephine Ross (nee Johnson), devoted father of Pamela (Wilbert) Lewis and the late Ashley Ross, proud grandfather of three, kind uncle of Pastor Harold (Marion) Patton and Charlie Brown. Preceded in death by his parents, Lemonde and Zenobia Ross. Visitation Saturday. April 3, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service 11:00 a.m. at Lorimer Baptist Church (14801 Lincoln Ave., Dolton, IL 60419) with services conducted by Rev. Daniel Gute. Interment Oak Woods Cemetery, Chicago, IL. Memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society (17060 S. Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park, IL 60477) appreciated.
