Potsek, George WWII Army Veteran, POW, age 100, resident of Hines, IL, formerly 60 years of Berwyn, at rest June 9, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Wanda); loving brother of the late Helen (late Roy) Brown, late John (late Phyllis), late Martin (late Josephine), late Mary (late Alex) Wozniak, late Joseph (late Violet), and the late Nicholas; dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. George was a member of the Stickney American Legion and Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 324. Funeral services on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, 6980 S. County Line Road, Burr Ridge. Interment, Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation on Monday, June 13 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at St. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church.
