It's now the holidays, and I really miss you, Dad. I miss your help with decorating, your help with shoveling, your knowledge and your hands as far as repairs around the house. You and mom are together for the holidays, holding each other tight, dancing to the harps the angels are playing.

When I met Wayne 7 yrs. ago, and he and I married 5 yrs. ago September 23, 2000. I never thought I would get a Grandpa so great. He was the best in the world. As long as I live I know in my heart I will never meet anyone like him again. He was one of a kind, and I love him very much. I know he's looking down from Heaven. I have a picture of Grandpa and I on the train ride we all took as a family last Christmas. It's on the headboard of my bed. Every night I look at the picture and say "I love you Grandpa." I tell him both with my voice and my hand, because I know in heaven he can hear me. I will never forget him. I miss him more than words can say.

Dear George,
I sure hope you are enjoying heaven with your wife and other family members that have been waiting very patiently for you to arrive. I am sure they gave you a grand welcome as you entered heaven. Your daughters will be comforted knowing that your suffering is over and you are now reunited with their mom. Well I just wanted you to know that it was a pleasure knowing you and I'll always remember the times we all played bingo.
A Friend of your loving daughter,
Debby

George was my neighbor and friend for over 11 years. He could always make me laugh cause of his great sense of humor. After he lost if wife he spent many hours outside in the yard crying over her. When his loving daughter, Ruth, moved in with him, his spirits greatly lifted and soon he was back to laughing and smiling.
One time when my daughter was about 7 she went for a bike ride and was only to go 1 block. When I went to check on her she was no where in site and I panicked. George was outside and could see my distress. I didn't know sign language, but we could still always communitate. He jumped in his van and when searching for her. Just as he got down a block she came around the corner. I was so happy to see her I held her and cried. George got out of the van and shook his finger at her and we had a group hug. Just glad to be together and safe and blessed to have such a sweet, funny, loving man so near. She knew then, George would also be looking after her.
We love and miss him and happy to know he's back in his wife's arms.
God Bless You, George, We love you Tom, Carol & Laura.
