George Derro Obituary

Derro, George F. age 58, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 13, 2006, George's memory remains with his wife of 40 years Carol (nee Majdecki), devoted father of Joseph (Paula), Christopher (Maria) Derro, Sherri (Thomas) Evenson and Tricia (Shawn) Anderson, proud grandfather of Matthew, Stacie, Tony, Millie, Madalynn, Christopher Jr., Brandon, Briana, Tommy, Emily, Keegan and Kiana. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Evelyn (nee Ott) Derro. George will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. Funeral services for George F. Derro will be Friday, March 17, 2006, at 9 a.m., at Palos Gaidas Funeral Home, 11028 S. Southwest Hwy., Palos Hills, to St. Damian Catholic Church for Mass of Chrisitan Burial at 10 a.m. Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family. Visitation Thursday, from 2 to 9 p.m. For information: 708-974-4410
