George Chronis Obituary

Oh wow! I remember George quite well. I went to Morgan Park Academy, and we did a few plays together. He was an impressive and intense man. I randomly Googled him to see what had become of him, and am saddened that he left us so young. My sincerest condolences to you all.

Oh my I'm just finding this out now but he delivered my son Gabriel two years ago and he was an amazing doctor and I'm so sorry for the loss....

This is very sad news he delivered both my children ages 24 and 21 now One great Doctor with so much Knowledge had complications with both pregnancies and he had this all the way this is very sad news my condolence to his family

My deepest heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Dr. Chronis was one of the best doctors I've ever met. First time we met was under the worst circumstances of my life, he saved my sons life and mine in 2010 and that's when I decided that's the doctor I'm sticking to. I've referred all of my family and friends to him and they all stayed with him. His main priority was mom and baby's safety, and always had very thorough explanation for any question or concern.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. I have been a patient at the Hygeia office for 32 years, first Dr. Basil Chronis and then Dr.George Chronis. I always felt in good hands with his knowledge and expertise. If he wasn't 100% sure of something, he would research my inquiry and call me with a very detailed explanation. Very thorough, talented and kind man. I'm so saddened for the entire family. I'm so sorry.

My sincere condolences to Georges family and to Helen and hers. Ive know George since he was in grade school, a very talented and smart young man.

Dr. Chronis was the best doctor I could of ever asked for, truly was attentive to his patients needs and did everything he could possible to provide the best services and environment to make us comfortable. I could never thank him enough for how much he helped me cope with the fears I had about becoming a new mother and sharing his knowledge with me. He is truly missed, God bless you Dr. Chronis, you will truly be missed!

We were saddened by George's passing. He was always fun to be around and had an epic story for every topic. An hour conversation was equivalent to a 300 level college course in the amount you could learn. Our hearts, prayers and love go out to his children and family. I am deeply saddened by this loss. Dr. Chronis was my doctor for 14 years and has helped me deliver all my 3 babies, the 3rd one is only 13 days old. He was the best and most educated doctor i was so lucky to have. There is no way i will find another one just like him, as Dr.Chronis just can't be replaced by anyone else.
