Gayle Grant Obituary

Grant, Gayle F. age 58, of Green Garden Twp., died Friday, February 21, 2003, at his home with his family around him. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Catherine Stemple Grant of Green Garden, two daughters, Mary Ruth (John) Maze of Lansing and Theresa (Eugene) Sipola of Foristell, MO, one son Brian (Jennifer) Grant of Burbank, six grandchildren, one sister, Ann Greenwood of Florida, two brothers, Arland Grant of Hammond and Gerald Grant of Kincaid, WV, numerous nieces and nephews, preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Ruth Anderson Grant, four brothers Eldridge, Homer, Haskell and Joe Grant. Gayle worked for 31 years for the Chicago Ford Assembly Plant. He loved his work, he loved cars, and most of all he loved his family. Gayle F. Grant will Lie-in-State on Wednesday, February 26, 2003, at the Green Garden United Methodist Church, Route 45, Green Garden TWP from 9:30 a.m. until time of service, 10:00 a.m., Rev. Penny Hoffman, officiating. Interment Green Garden Greenview Cemetery. Visitation Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Forsythe Funeral Home, 507 South State Street, Manhattan.
