Leavitt, Frieda (nee Swett), age 104, beloved wife of the late Nathan, loving mother of Devera (Adrian) Berngard and the late Gerald (Edith) Leavitt, cherished grandmother of Barbara Berngard, Samuel (Joyce) Berngard, Robert (Terry) Leavitt, William Leavitt, Lauren (Paul) Kohlenbrenner and the late Russell (Barbara) Berngard, many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Graveside service Wednesday, 1 p.m., at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
