Fredrico Gonzales Obituary

Fredrico Alfredo Gabriel Jose (Freddie) Gonzales, 49, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Sunday February 20, 2005, at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital – Florence, AL. He was a member and elder of the Mission Lighthouse Church of Iuka. He served for the Marine Corp, and he served for 17 years as city carrier and local union rep for the United States Postal Service. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 23, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday February 24, officiated by Bro. John Gwatney. Interment will follow in Harmony Cemetery. The body will lie in state from noon until service time at Mission Lighthouse of Iuka. Pallbearers include Joe Rangel, Jamie Smith, Jon Wolfe, Dwight Rivers, Dwayne Goss, Dennis Wingo, Keith Holloway, and Tootie Richardson. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Kyllie Gonzales of Iuka, MS; 2 sons, Azriel and Ricardo Gonzales of Iuka, MS; 1 daughter, Valena Stricklen and husband, Miguel, of Muscle Shoals, AL; Mother, Teresa De Jesus Gonzales of Kenosha, WI; 4 sisters, Anna Rangel and husband, Joe of Milwaukee, WI, Irma Gonzales of Kenosha, WI, Nora Smith and husband, Jamie of Kenosha, WI, and Diane Rogers and husband, Deene of Iuka, MS; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death Father Alfredo Luna Gonzales, Paternal Grandparents Santos B. and Juanita Gonzales, and Maternal Grandparents Leon and Justina Garcia.
