To the Richard Family, My Dad, Joe Keefner and Fred belonged to the Hook&Shell Rod&Gun Club. One Christmas my Dad wanted to surprise a few of us with new bicycles. He could not afford this luxury. Somehow Fred made it possible for him to do this. We were never told how he helped but he gave three of Joes 12 children the best Christmas ever. I remember how happy my Dad was that Christmas morning as he watched our faces light up at the sight of the beautiful bicycles standing next to the tree. Thank you Fred. My sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to your family.
