Treitler, Fred 80; beloved husband for 55 years of Marion "Mitzy" (nee Resnik); loving father of Stan (Suzi), Franci (George) Galinsky and Jodi Petchenik; cherished papa of Beth, Bryan, Amy, Michael and Steven; dear brother of Jeanne Honoroff and Leo (Mary); fond brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Service Friday, 12 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, Beth Shearim Chapel, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
