Jack loved Frankie - so many stories, so many laughs, so many memories.
May Frankie rest in peace now sheltered in Our Heavenly Father's arms and surrounded by his South Side buddies who also left this earth far too early.

"I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the great ordeal of meeting me is another matter."
The above is a quote from Winston Churchill but it fits Frank to a T.
He was always quick to take the counterpoint in any argument, strictly for want of a good conversation. His "storming" of the beach on the first Colorado River Trip with Babes PAC is the stuff legends are made of.
He served both his country as s soldier and the City of Chicago as a Police officer with Honor. He was well read, a Military Historian , and had hidden gifts and talents.
Just ask some of the Police officers about his recreation of the old South Chicago 004th District Police Station.
Frank was UNIQUE which made him slightly out of step for our time.
He could aggravate the HELL out of you just by smiling during an argument, but to those who knew and loved him, he was a good friend. We could use a few more like him. Too many fond memories to list here. Rest in Peace Frank. We will all be along directly ...
My condolences to the Sopcich Family

I have fond memories of mostly our teenage years together. Back then he was known as the guy "with the hat". I think he would agree that the hayride night was a night to remember. What a great guy. He surely will be missed.

Uncle Frank you have no idea how much you will be missed. I will always cherish the rides, rolling down hills and never being able to ride in the front seat again. You gave me wonderful childhood memories I will never forget. I still talk about them today, over 40 years later. You were always there with us, just one of the kids! I am so glad you are part of our crazy family. Your special love and kindness will remain in my heart forever. I know when you got to heaven, you said son-of-a-gun, I was wrong. He is. You will forever and always be in my heart. I will love you forever.
