We would be most appreciative if someone from the Evans Funeral Chapel would convey to Franks daughter as well as Joe & Laverna Smetana, our deepest sorrow upon the passing of Mr. Frank Smetana Jr, Joe's brother. I grew up literally just a few hundred feet from where Frank and Joe and parents lived, in East Baltimore. I do not have any memories of Frank but I do know how frequently Joe spoke of him, and how loved and respected by Joe he was. Obviously these two brothers thought the world of each other.
Mary and I will pray for Frank as well as his daughter and friends, who now mourn his passing. May God Bless and Keep Frank in His loving embrace, now & forever.
