I remember Frank well, he was a reliable and dependable soul who helped me with tons of projects in the Boy Scouts. He was well loved by those that he served as he went through life not with a giant presence but a steady and always there. He loved his family, his dogs, and his church. Thanks for all you did for me and others Frank. My Best

To Scots' family, so sorry for the loss of your dad, I have so many memories of him as we all do, he was truly a father to us all. Always remember the dinners, the card games and that booming voice over it all.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of the Schimpf family. "Father Frank" always treated me like one of his own kids all my life. My heart is heavy over the loss of such a wonderfully kind hearted man. He is dearly missed but reunited with the love of his life, Dorothy and daughters Joanie and Julie. Godspeed dearest friend...
