Richard Martinez
February 26, 2003
Dear Mrs.Rose Sandel & Family, My deepest condolences and sympathy to you and your family of the lose of your husband Frank. I never had the chance to meet Frank, but your daughter Joyce spoke of him in our conversations at work. Being able to work with Joyce showed me that she's a kind, good-hearted, joyful person just like her father Frank. P.S Frank was all of the above. God Bless Sincerely, Richard Martinez and family
