Frank and I were friends when he worked at the Center for Research Libraries many years ago. I loved Frank's sense of humor, his ability to size up people for who they really were, and his work ethic. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. He enjoyed life more than most people do, and lived it to the fullest. He will be missed.

Frank wasn't with us that long but I will remember him. He brightened my last round in the early morning with his bark, which we know was worse than his bite. He tried to be tough but we all know he was just a big teddy bear.
He always had a snickers candy for me too. We had quite a few conversations, he was very proud of his family and loved them very much.
Smith Village will miss him.

As a friend of the family, I had the opportunity to get to know Uncle Frankie. He was a good and kind man. At any gathering or celebration, you could always count on him to share his perspectives and thoughts on life in an open and honest manner. This enriched us all who knew him!
As he embarks on his journey home, I pray and ask God for abundant blessings and graces for him and his beloved family.

Frank is going to be greatly missed by the 3NE staff. When Frank wasn't on our floor we would look forward to seeing him walk the halls. I will miss him speaking his mind and most of all seeing that smile.
