Today the sun shines a little less bright than yesterday. But the heavens are much brighter. As you look down on us I know that you share our grief but you have left behind the the greatest gift of all, Love. Dad no-one will ever be able to fill you empty space but our lifes are full of what you have left behind. I love you and will never forget you. You will always be my shining examble of what a father and husband should be.
Thank you.
Your son Tony

Dad,
I have this image in my mind of you coming home from work walking down Newcastle at 5:30. Tony and I are waiting at 56th street to meet you and get and give you a hug. You never missed work and instilled in your family a sense of love and responsiblity that we have practiced and passed on to our own children. Dad, I am going to miss you so much but I know that you are in the arms of God and at peace.
Love,
Francis

Billy, Janet, & your family:
I was very sorry to hear about your father. He was a really nice man & I thought of him like a second dad to me when he came in Jewel & made my day. He will be truly missed & my thoughts & prayers are with you.
Love, Tommi
