I am Nan's nephew. My mother was Agnes Lemieux McFadden. I remember Uncle Nan tricking me into breaking some concrete in our driveway to make a drainage ditch. He told me not to tell mom that we were going to break the driveway. Of course I was happy to be part of the distruction. I'll always have fond memories of Uncle Nan and his cigars.
