Dear Paula, Mike and Family,
I am so saddened to hear of Frank's passing. I will always remember him best at roll calls. He had a wry sense of humor that I thoroughly enjoyed. He was always honest, hard working and dependable. Most of all he was a great person to have as a friend. Frank, you fought a good fight; may God be with you.
