To Frannie’s family, please accept our heartfelt love & sympathy. She was a wonderful person who cherished her family & friends around her. Frannie will be missed by everyone who knew her. She was always willing to lend a hand, and did so with a smile.
We are comforted by the fact Frannie is now with so many of our Elk friends who also left us too soon.

Larry, family and friends:
Mrs. Tepps "FRANNIE" to most of us; was an inspiration! As much as we know she loved Angels, it is no wonder as she knew what it took first hand. As Frannie was one herself!
There were never the words "no" in her vocabulary and never "no time".
This lovely little lady was the most cheerful, giggly, bright-eyed, generous, loving, caring, sincere, spunky, smiling, gift all in one tiny woman! They say; "BIG things come in Tiny packages", and in this case it applied to Frannie!
All of us have lost a true angel on Earth. All of us have been blessed with her presence in our lives. Just as an angel on your shoulder, you will find Frannie.
A true friend of all she met. Just as she handed out treats at the Elk's Club, she now takes a piece of our Hearts.
May she get those of ours who have already passed, off their clouds and MOV'IN! They have been waiting to get the party started!Cheers to a GREAT Lady!
Cheers to Larry for being the LOVE of Her Life!
