Frances (Fiacco) Marsh
of EndicottFrances (Fiacco) Marsh, 70, of Endicott, died at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Tuesday, May 9, 2006. She was predeceased by her parents, Tony and Josephine (Ligouri) Fiacco. She is survived by her beloved husband, Eugene Marsh, Endicott. Her whole life revolved around her children, two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Robert Searles, Waterford, N.Y., and Maria and Michael DiRienzo, Endicott; two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Lori Marsh, Vestal, and Michael and Gina Marsh, Homer, N.Y.; and grandchildren, Kyle and Lindsey Marsh, Nicholas and Emily DiRienzo, Jacob and Vincent Marsh, and Ryan Searles. She is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Salma and Joseph Ferraro, Endicott; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Louis and Sharon Fiacco, Endicott, Anthony and Alice Fiacco, Endwell; also several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles; and many friends, including Toni Gaska and Steve Richards. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Church, Endicott, owned and operated Ceramics by Fran, where she received many awards, and Fran-Tiques (antique store), where she made numerous friends. Frances enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City and especially their trip to Las Vegas for their 50th Wedding Anniversary. She will always be remembered as a kind and generous person. The family would like to thank the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for all their care and compassion shown Fran during her illness.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, 9:30 a.m. from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony of Padua Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to The Learning Center at St. Anthony's, 906 Jenkins Street, Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
