Tsourmas, Florence (nee Karoubas), beloved wife of Peter Tsourmas. Loving mother of John (Caroline) Tsourmas. Dear grandmother of Peter, Alex and Christopher. Loving sister of the late Paul (Katherine) Karoubas, Gus (the late Kathy) Karoubas, Harry (Kathy) Karoubas, Angelo (Kathy) Karoubas, and Diane (Nick) Bougiatopoulos. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Former owner of Top Flight, Johnny's and Johnny's West Restaurants.
