Fendall Edwards Obituary

EDWARDS, Fendall C. "Firecracker", 83, of Richmond, died February 8, 2008. He was preceded in death by his son, Cullen Edwards; and is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ann R. Edwards; two children, Gail Edwards and Kathy Bryant; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of Richmond; one brother, Harry Edwards of Kents Store; and several nieces and nephews. Firecracker served in the U.S. Army and Navy and was employed by the railroad, where he spent several years with RF&P and retired from Amtrack in 1986. He was a member of the American Legion Post 125. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Bliley's - Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Road, where services will be held 2 p.m. Monday. Interment Signal Hill Memorial Park.

I've know the Edwards family for many years.Firecracer and Anne helped keep me out of a lot of trouble. I want the family to know that i love them all and want to send my deepest regrets, Firecracker will be greatly missed and hope to see him again one day.if there is any thing that we can do please ask us.
