Uncle Felix is a wonderful soul and was a wonderful human being. He was caring and loyal and proud of his Polish heritage. One of the things I remember best about him was how proud he was of being in the Navy and serving our country in World War II. He talked about his Naval experiences often. He loved this nation and was a true hero. The other fact I remember is how much he loved his wife, my Aunt Irene, and spoke of his love for her constantly. They were perpectual newlyweds. In short, Felix was Love. Now, he is with his beloved brother, Harry, and I know they are both having a grand time remembering those lively discussions they used to enjoy so much. I know he is getting reacquainted with my mother, Anna, and his mother, Lottie and his father. Felix was a great man and a fine example of the best a father could possibly be. Felix is a beautiful soul and I am proud to be his niece. I know he is resting in God's arms and ready to walk in God's Glory in Heaven.
