Gurvitz, Fay (nee Zelig), beloved wife of the late Louis, loving mother and best friend of Helene (Joseph) Lachman and Barry (Sharon) Gurvitz, cherished grandmother and bubbe of Eric, Jordan, Marissa and Jenna Lachman and Sara and Jason Gurvitz. Graveside service 1 p.m., today at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
