Berns, Favil David 78, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Favil David Berns and Associates, died Monday. He graduated from the John Marshall Law School in 1952 earning his Law Degree. He was employed as an Engineer at General American Transportation Corporation from 1944-1952.
