Vinogradow Eugene "Genard" (Vinogradas, Vinogradowas), Army Veteran, Mayor of 69th St. and Mayor of Lincoln Ave. 35 year employee of Western Electric. Beloved son of the late Alexander and Anna (nee Lietvynis), loving brother of Irene (Hans) Taulien and the late Nicholas(Aldona), cherished uncle of John (Valarie) Taulien and Vicky (David) Gee, Virga, Audre and Diavutis Vinogradow, dear great-uncle to Alexander, Trevor Taulien, Joanna, Alexis and Tyler Gee. Visitation Wednesday, 9 a.m. till time of service 11 a.m., at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 South Cass Ave., Darien. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society, appreciated. 630-852-3595.

Genard Vinogradow He IS the BEST UNCLE one could have. Always listening without pre-disposition and always ready to offer his fun loving opinions on what is the best way to address a situation. Loved kids as seen from his army photographs and his involved in my children's lives. Genard was an enormous risk taker burning both ends of the candle and even in the middle and was always hoping to hit the million. It the end he hit the JACK POT knowing that he had so many friends and family that loved him for who he is. Genard's physical presence will be missed but his legacy will last forever including the infamous Chinese push up.

Genard was my best buddy when I was single. We shared many good times together. May my dear friend rest in peace. We lived in Florida for the last 15 years. I've tried to get in touch but wasn't able to.
